About this course
Companies have an enormous amount of data available within their own organization that can be used to analyze and optimize processes. As a (starting) professional, you will increasingly have to deal with issues where analyzing and interpreting data is an important skill. You can use various programs to provide insight into the data. In this case you will work with fictitious data from MST with the application Disco. With a lot of data about knee surgeries you're going to investigate what possibilities there are to improve quality, to increase patient satisfaction and to reduce costs.
